There is beauty in the struggle

Trying something new, especially when you’re no longer a child, can seem somewhat daunting.

And for good reason.

When we’re born we have millions and millions of fresh nerve pathways in our brain ripe and at the ready to learn and absorb everything they can.

Kids’ brains are sponges (like seriously, you say a swear word and how quickly does your two-year-old remember it? Answer: very quickly!).

As we get older, making new neural pathways is still possible, but it takes longer.

So when trying to form a new habit - it takes time for it to stick. That's why our Evoke Meditate program works!

100 days, and we all struggle along, fumbling through various meditations together. You'll find some meditations you love and some that you turn off within 30 seconds because their voice grinds your gears. And all of that is ok! Because this is part of the learning process.

So don't avoid giving something a go (that can literally change your life) for fear of not knowing what to do - embrace it - and give it a crack anyway! We can all hold hands together!
