The ripple effect

I always remember studying Physics and Chemistry in school - and learning that 'every action, has a reaction' - no matter how big or small. Everything you do, there will be consequences (positive and/or negative) for that action.

And in everyday terms this can be referred to as The Ripple Effect. The continuing and spreading results of an event or action.

So how is your ripple effect impacting you and those around you? How are your actions flowing onto others?

Whatever you do to look after you - talk to a professional, move your body, eat healthily, get outside, or meditate; when you do these things, you feel better about yourself.

You listen to your body and what it wants; you spend time with people that nourish and invigorate you; you see life for all its ups and downs - but know that you are resilient to handle whatever challenges are thrown your way.

People see this.

They see your self-love radiating from your smile. It’s infectious. It inspires. It attracts. It’s a ripple effect of positive change.

So how are you going to be a ripple effect of positive change? Something as simple as a ten-minute walk, or a five-minute meditation can have huge impacts on not only your life - but even to those people you haven't even met yet!

You can learn more in our Evoke Meditate program.
