Your space, for you to work on whatever fits
‘It’s empowering’
‘It is complete and utter unconditional support’
'It’s a space that ‘enables growth and laughter’
A group of woman that are ‘always there for each other’
MyEvoke – Evoked women supporting Evoked women. And not cliché like we sit around eating scones and drinking tea (although that would be fun) – more edgy, and more real life like.
We talk the real stuff. We say the things that need to be said. We laugh, we cry, we snort laugh, and we snort cry – and we do it together. A group of chicks born out of being scared of a world with Corona has now transformed into something purely phenomenal.
So, this is the deal, each month you get:
Monthly Theme: Each month we discuss and work through a particular theme. We provide ideas, tips and tricks to pique your interest and get you thinking about how this theme is showing up in your life, (or not showing up for that matter) and what you can do about it.
Monthly Group Balance – (held the second Tuesday of every month) with Arnna Pickering - Senior Kinesiopractor. This is the money ticket. If you’ve never had a session with Arnna then this is a good way to get a taste of how Arnna works! During these Balances (or sessions) we work through a common challenge, sticking point or barrier that woman generally face. It is in line with the monthly theme and as a group it is profound the insight, ‘a-ha’ moments and shifts that happen.
Private Facebook group of awesomeness. Within this group there will be 3 check in tiles per week for you to share your thoughts with others and gather support around the theme and also the work you’re doing. PLUS, as a new edition - we will be sending out weekly homework reminder emails - so you don’t have to be on Facebook to participate in MyEvoke!
The best bit about this group is the community, mateship and support. The love. The care. The non-judgemental hugs. The everything.
Honestly – give it a go. We would love to have you on board!
